Thrive is a non-clinical, non-judgmental emotional support program for long-term and assisted living residents. Our goal is to make genuine human connection accessible—no labels, no stigma, just support. 

Branches

Growing Through Caregiving

The Branches Program is a 12-part caregiver and support group experience designed to nurture understanding, resilience, and community. Guided by the imagery of a growing tree—its roots, trunk, branches, leaves, and canopy—this series helps caregivers anchor themselves in knowledge while also expanding their capacity for presence, grace, and growth. 

Grafting

Train-the-Trainer

The GRAFTING: Train-the-Trainer initiative is a dynamic professional development program created to build sustainable, therapeutic activity frameworks in memory care environments. Just like grafting a branch onto a living tree, this program equips designated trainers with the tools to transfer vital team-building, communication, and engagement techniques into the hands and hearts of activity professionals.
